Regionally-adapted plants come from around the world, but have proven to be well-suited to our local climate and growing conditions. These adaptable species can flourish with minimal care while also contributing valuable resources for wildlife. When combined with native plants, they create rich, layered landscapes that blend familiar local elements with unexpected textures and forms, resulting in landscapes that are both environmentally beneficial and visually distinctive. Although they are not native to this area, they do not behave like invasive species.
